StickerBros Refund, Reprint & Cancellation Policy
Custom Manufacturing
All StickerBros products are custom manufactured to order based on artwork and specifications provided and approved by the customer.
Because each order is uniquely produced, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom printed products.
Order Approval & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approving production, including:
• Artwork
• Spelling and text
• Size and dimensions
• Quantity
• Materials and finishes
• Colors and design layout
Once an order is approved and sent to production, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be made.
StickerBros is not responsible for errors that were approved in customer artwork.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Due to differences in monitors, screens, lighting conditions, and printing processes, printed colors may vary slightly from digital previews.
Minor color variation is normal in the printing industry and does not qualify as a defect or reason for refund or reprint.
StickerBros cannot guarantee exact color matching to previously printed products or other manufacturers.
Manufacturing Defects
We take pride in producing high-quality products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To evaluate the issue, please provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, StickerBros will reprint the affected items at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for custom products, but approved defects will be handled through reprint.
What Qualifies as a Defect
Eligible for review:
• Printing errors caused during production
• Incorrect material used
• Major cutting errors
• Damage caused during manufacturing
Not considered defects:
• Minor color differences
• Artwork or design issues approved by the customer
• Size ordered incorrectly
• Customer preference changes
• Differences compared to other printers
• Minor shifts inherent in printing processes
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped and been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
StickerBros is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Carrier delays
• Weather or transit issues
• Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses
Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if a package is lost in transit.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
StickerBros is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Reprint Timeline
If a reprint is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, StickerBros may require up to 14 business days to reproduce the order.
Design Services
Design services are non-refundable once work has begun. Design work involves labor and creative time and will be billed regardless of whether the design is ultimately used for production.
Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
